A simple and creamy homemade vanilla ice cream made without an ice cream machine, perfect for summer treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop and serve when ready.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for about 2 weeks. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if too hard.
