Deliciously crunchy zucchini chips flavored with garlic and paprika, perfect for snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on baking sheets.
  5. Bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through until crispy.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with hummus or yogurt dip. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
