  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan generously.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
