Deliciously indulgent cookies featuring creamy white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts, reminiscent of childhood baking.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, blending until just combined.
  6. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
