  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well until fully combined.
  4. Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
