Delightfully fudgy White Chocolate Brownies that combine sweetness with creaminess, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the chopped white chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mix over the granulated sugar and mix until fully blended.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
  6. Sift in the flour and salt, folding gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in the optional white chocolate chips if desired.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a gourmet touch, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
