5 wraps Low carb, high fiber tortilla wraps
12 ounces 96% lean ground beef
½ cup onion (chopped)
to taste Salt
to taste Ground black pepper
8 teaspoons mustard
4 ounces reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh tomatoes (chopped)
8 teaspoons dill gherkins (finely chopped)
1 cup lettuce (chopped)
Instructions
Combine the 96% lean ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in the mustard and simmer for another minute or two.
Layer the tortilla with the beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, gherkins, and lettuce.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly.
Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat and cook each wrap seam side down for about 3 minutes per side.
Let the wraps cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve warm.
