A refreshing twist on traditional pizza, featuring juicy watermelon topped with creamy yogurt, granola, and mixed berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Greek or regular yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Create your watermelon base by starting with a thick slice of watermelon.
  2. Spread yogurt evenly over the top of the watermelon slice.
  3. Sprinkle granola on top of the yogurt.
  4. Top with colorful mixed berries.
  5. Add honey if desired.
  6. Slice your watermelon pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
