A refreshing, healthy dessert idea that turns watermelon into a fun fruit pizza topped with yogurt and colorful fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 large watermelon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or whipped cream)
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into thick, round “pizza” shapes, about 1 inch thick.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt or whipped cream on top of each watermelon slice.
  3. Drizzle honey over the yogurt if desired.
