A delightful and nostalgic sweet salad made with pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, and marshmallows, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts.
  4. Add the whipped topping and blend carefully.
  5. Color it with green food coloring if desired.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
