  • 24 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Creaming the butter: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
  2. Sweetening the base: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Adding flavor: Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Adjusting the consistency: Pour in the heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, and continue to beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.
  5. Perfecting the frosting: Adjust the consistency with additional cream if needed.
