Ingredients

  • Corned beef
  • Swiss cheese
  • Sauerkraut
  • Creamy dressing
  • Rye bread
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
  2. Layer slices of tender corned beef, a generous helping of Swiss cheese, and tangy sauerkraut on the unbuttered side.
  3. Drizzle a creamy dressing over the sauerkraut.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with another slice of rye bread, buttered side up.
  5. Sauté the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until the bottom is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted, another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, sliced in half.
