A delightful Tuscan Butter Salmon recipe that combines sautéed garlic, juicy cherry tomatoes, and creamy butter to enhance the natural flavors of the salmon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking until the tomatoes are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, wild-caught salmon and do not overcrowd the skillet.
