A decadent Turtle Cheesecake layered with pecans, cream cheese, and a glorious mingling of caramel and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until creamy and smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely at room temperature.
  9. Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
