A rich, creamy cheesecake topped with caramel and pecans, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix together the crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. Incorporate the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle half of the chopped pecans. Repeat with the remaining mixture and top with chocolate chips, additional caramel, and the rest of the pecans.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set but jiggles slightly.
  6. Cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
