A delightful Turtle Cheesecake with creamy filling, rich chocolate, sweet caramel, and crunchy pecans.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle with half of the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and repeat the layers with the remaining caramel sauce, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and a slight jiggle remains.
  9. Let it cool completely before removing from the springform pan.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, allowing all the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes

Garnish with extra caramel and pecans before serving for a beautiful presentation.
