A rich and creamy turtle cheesecake topped with caramel, chocolate chips, and pecans, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a solid base.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter and sprinkle with half of the chopped pecans.
  8. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top and smooth it out.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
  10. Once baked, let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  11. Before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best results. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
