A creamy and decadent turtle cheesecake layered with caramel, chocolate, and crunchy pecans, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust and even it out gently.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
  6. Drizzle cooled cheesecake with caramel and chocolate sauces, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
