A decadent Turtle Cheesecake combining rich chocolate, sweet caramel, and crunchy pecans, perfect for special occasions or any day you want to treat yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • â…“ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but still jiggles slightly.
  8. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce and chocolate sauce, then sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream and pair with coffee or tea. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
