Warm, comforting turkey meatballs that are a healthier twist on a classic dish, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Form portions of the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange the formed meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Serve with your favorite sauce.
