Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the Beef Steak into Bite-Sized Tips
  2. Whisk Together Marinade Ingredients
  3. Marinate the Steak Tips
  4. Heat Sesame Oil in a Skillet
  5. Sauté the Marinated Steak Tips
