  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Combine the elbow macaroni, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
