  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing, slicing in half lengthwise, and creating a hollow in the center.
  2. Whip the cold heavy whipping cream in a chilled mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until combined.
  5. Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed strawberries using a piping bag.
  6. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs before serving.
  7. Chill the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
