Ingredients

  • 200g green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: your choice of protein (chicken, tofu, etc.)
  • Optional: seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
