1 tablespoon melted butter (Can use oil as a lower-fat alternative.)
Instructions
Prepare the Fresh Fruits: Start by dicing the apple, kiwi, and strawberries into small, even pieces. Gently mix the fruits together in a large bowl.
Add Zest and Sweetness: Sprinkle the lime juice over the fruit mixture, then add honey if you want to enhance the sweetness. Toss everything together gently to ensure each juicy piece is coated.
Create the Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt the butter in a small bowl. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over that side.
Bake the Chips: Place the tortillas on a baking sheet, sugar-side up, and bake for about 10 minutes or until they’re crisp and golden. Let them cool slightly, then cut into triangles.
Serve Delightfully: Spoon the fresh fruit salsa into a serving bowl and arrange the warm cinnamon sugar tortilla chips around it. Enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe, in-season fruits for the best flavor and sweetness. Experiment with different fruits and spices for variations.
