A delightful dessert that combines the sweetness of summer berries with a crunchy, buttery crumble topping, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mixed berries with the lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until it resembles clumpy sand.
  5. Layer the berry mixture evenly at the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fresh berries.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and berries are bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
