A delightful and fluffy strawberry whipped cream perfect for topping pancakes, cakes, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 23 tablespoons powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Whip the cold heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the strawberry puree into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
  4. Incorporate the whipped cream into the strawberry-mascarpone mixture until fully combined.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Re-whip if it begins to deflate.
