A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy goodness, a graham cracker crust, and vibrant strawberries, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (3 oz) of strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  3. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add in the cold water and let it cool slightly.
  4. Fold in the sliced strawberries into the slightly thickened gelatin mixture. Pour this vibrant strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Chill the entire dish for at least 4 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve cold.
