A refreshing no-bake dessert layered with graham crackers, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Create the base: In a 9×13 inch dish, layer the bottom with graham crackers.
  3. Assemble the first layers: Spread a layer of whipped cream over the crackers, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  4. Build upon the layers: Repeat the layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and strawberries until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and strawberries on top.
  5. Chill and serve: Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For best results, use the freshest strawberries you can find. Can be made a day in advance.
