A nostalgic dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream to perfection by combining heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Layer the graham crackers in a rectangular dish to create the dessert base.
  3. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.
  4. Add sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat layering with graham crackers, whipped cream, and strawberries until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  6. Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Serve and enjoy with additional strawberries if desired.

Notes

For best results, let the cake chill overnight. Ensure cream is very cold before whipping.
