A delightful dessert that combines layers of moist cake, creamy ice cream, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 2 cups of strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups of ice cream (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Bake the Cake: Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake it in two round cake pans. Let it cool completely.
  2. Arrange the First Layer: Once cooled, place one layer of cake on a serving platter.
  3. Spread the Ice Cream Delight: Spread a layer of ice cream over the first cake layer, then top with half of the chopped strawberries and a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Stack the Second Layer: Place the second cake layer on top, and repeat the process with another layer of ice cream, the remaining strawberries, and another layer of whipped cream.
  5. Give it a Crunch: Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping on the top layer.
  6. Chill Out: Freeze the cake for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the cake layers cool completely before assembling to prevent the ice cream from melting.
