Delicious strawberry cheesecake bites with a crunchy cereal base, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed cereal (like Golden Oreo or similar)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and crushed strawberries until just combined.
  4. Mix crushed cereal and melted butter in another bowl until evenly combined.
  5. Layer the cereal mixture in a muffin tin, pressing firmly.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the cereal layer.
  7. Top with more crushed cereal.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. Remove from muffin tin and serve chilled.

Notes
