Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Start by ensuring your cream cheese is softened to room temperature. Gather all your ingredients and decide on a beautiful serving dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and then fold in the crushed strawberries.
  4. Following the instructions on the banana pudding mix package, whisk together the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl and let it thicken.
  5. In your chosen dish, layer the strawberry cheesecake mixture evenly at the bottom and pour the banana pudding mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers generously over the top for added crunch.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh strawberry and banana slices before serving.
