  • 1/2 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Dark chocolate for shell
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake it in a round cake pan.
  2. Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate with butter in a double boiler, stirring until it’s beautifully smooth and shiny.
  4. Use the melted chocolate to create a shell by pouring it into a mold and allowing it to set.
  5. Layer the cooled chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and fresh strawberries.
  6. Pour the chocolate shell over the top and let it set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Finally, serve with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.
