Delicious bite-sized treats combining creamy cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries, perfect for gatherings or late-night cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • Chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form a crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust in each muffin tin.
  4. Top with chopped strawberries to bring a delightful burst of flavor and color to each bite.
  5. Freeze the bites for at least 2 hours to ensure they hold their shape and are deliciously chilled.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the bites if desired before serving for that extra indulgent touch.
