Deliciously fluffy biscuits filled with sweet strawberry goodness, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold, cubed butter until it resembles crumbs.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten each ball slightly.
  6. Mix strawberry puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the filling.
  7. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each dough ball and wrap the dough around it.
  8. Bake filled dough bombs for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
