A quick and easy stir-fry featuring tender chicken, crunchy cabbage, and sweet bell peppers.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the sliced chicken breasts to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and bell pepper, continuing to stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well to combine all flavors.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
