A bright and fruity sangria that captures the essence of spring, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup strawberry lemonade
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint or edible flowers (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Base Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the dry white wine, peach schnapps, orange juice, and strawberry lemonade.
  2. Add the Fresh Fruits: Add the sliced strawberries, orange slices, and raspberries to the mixture.
  3. Stir Gently: Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  4. Chill and Meld Flavors: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Add a Bubbly Touch: Just before serving, add the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
  6. Serve Over Ice: Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint or edible flowers.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. Add a splash of soda just before serving to revive the fizz.
