A creamy and cheesy dip, perfect for gatherings, that combines spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream or mayonnaise. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
