A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy filling and a buttery, flaky crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans of crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Prepare one can of crescent roll dough in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, pressing the seams together.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Add the second can of crescent roll dough on top, covering the filling gently.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the top layer.
  7. Mix 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool before slicing into squares.

Notes
