Delightful cookie bars layered with rich chocolate and fluffy marshmallows, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  6. Layer mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate.
  7. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a glass of milk or coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
