Delicious S’mores Cookie Bars that capture the essence of classic s’mores in a convenient dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and flour in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by the mini marshmallows.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden and gooey.
  5. Cool for a few minutes before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

These cookie bars are best enjoyed warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container. You can also freeze them for up to three months.
