A nostalgic treat capturing the classic flavor of s’mores in an easy-to-make dessert, perfect for sharing.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

For a twist, try adding crushed peanut butter cups or using different types of chocolate chips.
