Delicious cookie bars that blend the rich taste of cookies with the beloved elements of s’mores, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
  7. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and slightly set.
  9. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for up to 2 months.
