Deliciously tender turkey meatballs slow-cooked in marinara sauce, perfect for family gatherings or a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Shape the turkey mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Prepare the slow cooker and place the shaped meatballs inside.
  4. Set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve hot with pasta or in a sub roll.

Notes
