Tender steak bites infused with garlic and savory Parmesan cheese, cooked to perfection in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the steak bites with the garlicky Parmesan mixture.
  3. Transfer the steak bites into the crockpot.
  4. Slow-Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Serve with mashed potatoes or a salad.
