Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add the creamy ingredients: cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  3. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Set your crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks.
  6. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  7. Mix the cooked spaghetti into the crockpot with the chicken and sauce.
  8. Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted.
