  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mixed chocolate chips (dark, milk, and white)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, stirring until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  7. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  8. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  9. Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  11. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
