A gooey, chocolatey Skillet Brownie that is simple yet indulgent, perfect for spontaneous cravings and gatherings.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large skillet.
  2. Melt the butter, then mix in the granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs one by one, mixing thoroughly after each addition, and don’t forget the vanilla extract!
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the dark, milk, and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared skillet and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set and the center is soft.
  8. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with chocolate sauce for added indulgence.
