Delicious shrimp tacos packed with flavor and freshness, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Place the cooked shrimp on each tortilla.
  5. Top with shredded cabbage, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Squeeze lime juice on top and serve immediately.
